Philip is a corporate lawyer with 30 years’ experience, 20 of which as a corporate partner in leading UK national and international law firms. He has advised and supported UK, US and EU based public and private companies and institutions as trusted and lead advisor on mid-market domestic and cross border M&A transactions, joint ventures, fundraisings and the full range of corporate transactions and projects.
Philip has a particular focus on the US corporate market and has a wealth of relationships with corporates and corporate advisory firms across the US. He has led relationships and transactions for clients in multiple sectors, including healthcare, technology, sport and leisure, manufacturing, construction, distribution, real estate and education.
In addition to transactional work, Philip provides strategic consulting to UK law firms and advisory practices looking to develop and deepen their presence in the US and other international markets. His longstanding relationships with top-tier US law firms and corporate intermediaries enable firms to build valuable alliances and implement effective international growth strategies.
